Our service provider has implemented a fix and both the Insights and Reports pages should now be working as expected. We will keep this incident in the Monitoring stage until is has been marked resolved by our service provider as well.

Our service provider has identified the root cause of the incident and is working on testing and deploying the fix, but have not provided an estimated return to service time.

The Insights and Reports tabs are currently available due to underlying authentication issues with our source provider. We are actively seeking updates from the provider on root cause identification and resolution timing.
