Data processed between 2:00 PM CT and 5:00 PM CT on 2026/01/27 may be incomplete as currently reflected in the Insights and Reports tabs in the Loop app. We have identified and remediated the root cause causing the data delay, and are backfilling data from that period into our analytics environment for reporting. 91% of data sets have already recovered.
No data has been lost as a result of this data delay, it is only the propagation of data into the reporting layer that is impacted.
